Extracting a plan is the easy part. The hard part is the publishing lifecycle around it: who reviews the extraction, when governors see it, and what happens when the school revises the plan halfway through the year.

Here, extraction feeds operator review and an explicit release. Governors receive the released version. A later revision lives alongside it until it is reviewed and released in turn. Generated PDFs give each priority a usable page with milestones, leads and governance questions.
