The inspection-data summary report is the densest document a board receives, and the one least likely to be read. This workflow takes the uploaded PDF and turns it into measures a governor can inspect, each carrying the page it came from.
Different audiences get different views. In the recorded example, a hundred and sixteen measures were extracted and thirteen chosen for the short view. Cohorts, dates and uncertainty stayed visible rather than being smoothed away.
Only parts of the extraction use a model, and the provenance and review steps are deterministic.
Part of a larger story: Headteacher Report: the school's own data, on record each term.
