Trusts check their schools' websites and can overlook their own. This audit scans the trust's central site against trust-level duties: governance structure and registers, statutory documents such as the articles of association and funding agreements, financial disclosures, equality information and central policies.

The scan locates candidate evidence, and a trust administrator confirms each duty with the link to where it is published and a note, or marks a conditional duty not applicable with a reason. A document the scan did not find is never treated as missing.

Each term's record is kept read-only, so the trust board can review its own publishing alongside its schools'.

Part of a larger story: Website Evidence Review: what the scan found, and what a person confirms.
