The site is a static build. Posts are Markdown files with frontmatter. Each gets a page, a generated social card, an entry in a full-text feed that my agents can read, and share controls that copy the post as article text or as Markdown.
Covers follow a simple convention: drop a 1600 by 900 image in the right folder and it is picked up. Project pages, like this one, are the same idea with different frontmatter.
