A prompt library is easy to publish and hard to keep honest. This one has stable identifiers, categories, and a gate banner on any job that could become a pupil, staff or legal record, telling the user not to paste it into a public chat.
A film of the School Prompts library. Typing letter to parents finds 15 jobs. Opening Message in a family's home language, the school is filled in once: an academy primary for ages 4 to 11, a headteacher, and a warm and direct tone. Each answer appears in the prompt as it is typed, and Copy the prompt changes to Copied.
A deterministic catalogue checker detects drift in counts, identifiers, categories and gates, so the library cannot quietly stop matching its own description. The prompts are designed to be run on a machine the school controls. Human review remains part of using any output.
