One register for every expected policy. Each entry shows the duty to hold and to publish, the review cycle and who approves it, with a link to the source, and the register filters by what the school must publish, should publish, must hold or treats as good practice.

The latest website scan supplies a suggested match. A person then confirms it as public evidence, marks it held internally, or confirms it is not held, and records the owner and the next review date. Where new requirements are in force, the reviewer ticks each point the held policy covers.

"Not found online" means the scan did not find a match, never that the school has no policy, and core statutory duties can never be set aside as not applicable. The result is a clear schedule of policy reviews and a record of where each policy lives, with a human confirmation behind every position.

Part of a larger story: Website Evidence Review: what the scan found, and what a person confirms.
