A summariser would give you the gist of an inspection report. A board needs something different: what the report means for this school now, which findings are still live, and where each question comes from.

The tool extracts priorities and questions while retaining dates and source links. It treats predecessor-school evidence separately, which matters when an academy conversion means the last report belongs to a school that no longer formally exists.

Getting the school's identity, the dates and the sources right is what changes the conclusion a board reaches. The public version is free to use.
