Every assistant wants to keep its own task list, and every interesting suggestion wants to become a build. With three agents in play, that meant three backlogs and a lot of duplicated research.
Icebox is one repository that all of them write to. It distinguishes capturing an idea from authorising implementation. Overlapping research is consolidated into one entry. Rejected ideas keep a note of why, so nobody re-proposes them next month. The NOW and NEXT lists still require explicit promotion by me before any work begins.
It is a small system, and it removed a surprising amount of noise.
Part of a larger story: The agent operation: a front door, specialists and gates.
