The problem
Boards often challenge well in the room and leave little trace of it in the minutes. When an inspector or reviewer reads the record, challenge that was never written down does not exist.
What I built
A review that reads a set of minutes, pasted or uploaded, and scores the challenge they show. The result is an overall score and band, a breakdown across the dimensions of strategic challenge with what was found and what stronger practice looks like, and an inspector-style view written in transferable language.
Design decisions
It is built to run safely on real minutes. Personal names, email addresses and phone numbers are redacted before scoring, and the review screens for confidential or Part 2 content and warns before going further. The inspector view never quotes the minutes or names anyone, so it can be shared with the whole board. The weakness it points to sits with the record, not the people.
What you can see
A saved review for the school, so the board can pick one dimension to grow and compare the next term's minutes against it.
The result
A board can see its scrutiny the way an outsider will, and watch it improve across the year.
